The distillation is poured into the main tank (first circuit) to 3/4 of the total capacity of the distillation cube. The inner tank (second circuit) is filled with 250 ml of water to start the quality evaporation process of the raw spirit
After heating the broth to a temperature of 76-84 degrees, the distillation process begins. Alcohol vapors passing through the first circuit are purified from the heaviest harmful impurities.
The cooler condenses the primary raw spirit, which is discharged into the inner cube
In the inner cube the alcohol is separated into fractions and re-evaporated.
Important – only the design features of Chumak, namely the upper location of the inner tank (point of maximum heating) and copper bottom (maximum thermal conductivity) allow to obtain high-quality purification of alcohol and perfect taste of the finished product!
Passing through the second distillation circuit, the alcoholic vapor, separated into fractions, is finally purified and aromatized, as the reign of the second circuit is filled with aromatizing agents
As a result of 2 stages of purification you will get a distillate of excellent quality without sivukha, unpleasant odor and the like.

Tails, i.e. distillate fractions with alcohol content below 40% remain in the second chamber and do not enter the extraction. The main distillate fractions can be sampled through both the first and the second circuit.
